What does your clinic do?

We are a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic. Our team is committed to providing complete, patient-centered care that blends the best practices of conventional and traditional medicine. Instead of masking symptoms as they arise, we work collaboratively with you to address the root causes of health concerns and help you feel your best.

Where are you located?

You can visit our clinic at 780 Kingston Rd. Unit B10, Pickering, Ontario L1V 0C5. We’re proud to serve the community and surrounding areas, delivering personalized, natural healthcare solutions.

What are your regular business hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are also available for Saturday appointments every other weekend from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, excluding holiday weekends.

What types of providers and specialists do you have on your team?

We have a diverse range of practitioners on our staff, including Naturopathic Doctors (NDs), Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Osteopaths, and Acupuncturists. We seek to maintain a collaborative environment that allows us to provide the comprehensive care and personalized treatment plans you need at one convenient location.

What can I expect during my first visit?

We start with a thorough assessment that reviews your medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle. Our team listens closely to your concerns and goals, and we’ll conduct any required physical exams so that we can create a custom plan for your treatment.

Are consultations free?

We do offer a complimentary “Meet and Greet” option that allows you to tour our facility, meet practitioners, and learn more about our approach and how we may be able to help you. If you are happy with the Meet and Greet and want to work more with our team, we will get you scheduled for a more in-depth consultation.

Do you assist with chronic pain management?

Absolutely – we specialize in natural solutions for those who suffer from chronic pain. We assist with a variety of conditions, including back pain, migraines, and sports injuries. We can provide a wide range of treatments, including chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture.

Will my insurance cover treatments with your clinic?

We do not bill insurance companies directly, but many of our services are covered by insurance, depending on your coverage. We will provide you with detailed receipts, which you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Can I come to you for both acute and long-term injuries or wellness treatments?

Yes, we work with clients who are suffering from recent injuries as well as those who have been suffering for a long time. We also offer proactive, “preventative” care options for those who want to optimize their long-term health. Our team is prepared to support you at every stage of your wellness journey.

What kind of care can a Naturopathic Doctor provide?

A Naturopathic Doctor works to identify the root cause of pain and discomfort using natural therapies such as clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle counseling. They focus on the body’s natural ability to heal and work with you to restore balance within your body.

Is Naturopathic Medicine a viable option for those suffering from hormonal or digestive concerns?

Yes, and these are two of the most common areas we treat. Our team uses specialized testing to evaluate your hormone and gut health so that we can provide natural strategies to help you manage conditions like PMS, menopause, IBS, and food sensitivities.

Is it safe to combine Naturopathic Medicine with my normal prescriptions?

Yes — our team is trained to know how natural supplements and conventional medicines will interact, and we will work with you to ensure your integrative plan is both safe and effective without interfering with prescribed treatments.

Can your clinic do lab testing?

Yes, we can offer you a variety of lab testing services, including blood work, stool analysis, and salivary hormone testing. These testing options help us gain a more complete picture of your overall physiological health.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No, a referral is not required. You can contact our office directly to schedule your initial assessment appointment.

What is “concussion management”?

This is a specialized support plan we offer to those who are recovering from a concussion. It includes a physical assessment and a guided return-to-play or return-to-work plan to help ensure your body and brain have time to heal properly and safely.

Will acupuncture hurt?

We use needles that are extremely thin, so while you may feel a slight tingling sensation, it is not considered a painful treatment. In fact, most of our patients find their acupuncture sessions to be a very relaxing experience.

Am I able to book multiple sessions on the same day?

Yes, many patients like to layer their treatments. For example, you might book a chiropractic adjustment and follow it with a massage session or acupuncture treatment. Taking a multi-pronged approach can help enhance the benefits of the treatments, and it can help you arrange your treatment schedule to optimize benefits.
