"Had a great experience."
"Went in for my initial visit with Dr Lester. He was thorough with my medical and physical assessment. Very honest. I recommend him to anyone looking for good chiropractic care. And I had a great experience with Melissa as well. I'll recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you both so much!"

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect at my initial chiropractic visit?
Your first visit is 45 minutes in length, and it will consist of a thorough history, a physical, and diagnosis of the chief complaint (reason for the visit). During the history, the doctor will be engaging you in a conversation that provides information and will help lead toward a diagnosis. The history will also include investigating past medical history and other possible health concerns.
The physical examination will consist of many tests geared toward delivering a proper diagnosis to your area of concern. Components of the physical examination can include medical procedures such as range of motion testing, neurological, orthopaedic, and functional muscle tests.
After the examination, the doctor will describe to you what they found, provide you with a diagnosis, and suggest an individualized treatment plan. If you haven’t completed the online intake form sent in your welcome email, please arrive at the clinic 15 minutes early to fill out the forms.
How are chiropractic doctors trained?
Chiropractors are regulated primary healthcare professionals, and they are one of only five classes of healthcare professionals in Ontario that are able to use the title “Doctor”, with its accompanying rights and obligations to impart a diagnosis.
Chiropractors are highly educated and extensively trained to assess, diagnose, treat and prevent conditions & disorders of the spine, joints and muscles. There is a minimum of 7 years of post-secondary education required to become a licensed doctor of chiropractic, and hundreds of hours of clinical training and hands-on experience.
Are chiropractic treatments covered by OHIP?
No. However, extended healthcare providers (work benefits) do cover chiropractic care. Please check with your extended health benefits plan to see if you have coverage. No referral is necessary to see a chiropractor.
Do you do direct billing?
Yes, we do provide direct billing. Please inquire with our front desk to confirm if we can submit for your insurance company.
How are chiropractic doctors regulated?
Chiropractic doctors in Ontario are regulated by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO), which is regulated under the Regulated Health Professions Act. To enquire if a chiropractor is licensed, you can visit https://www.cco.on.ca/.
